They were created by the Emperor with the aid of Malcador the Sigillite at the time of the Horus Heresy to serve as Humanity's greatest weapon against the threat posed by the existence of Chaos.

Roaring a mighty battle cry, the Justicar swings his hammer down with the force of an earthquake against demons and their thralls. Each figure includes interchangeable hands and weapon accessories and stands between 4" and 6" tall.
